How it works · The trust process

Every review crosses seven gates before it's public.

Other platforms let anyone post a review. We don't. Each review is tied to a real X handle, backed by at least two private proofs, and approved by a human moderator before it ever appears on a freelancer's profile.

    Start a review X API verified

    The client enters the freelancer's X handle. We check it against the X API in real time — if the account doesn't exist, the form simply won't advance.

  2. 02

    Fill in the details

    Project category, the budget actually paid (currency + amount), and star ratings across all five dimensions: Quality, Communication, Delivery, Value, and Would-Hire-Again.

  3. 03

    Write the review

    Minimum 12 characters of honest, written feedback about working with the freelancer. No prefab options, no star-click-and-submit.

  4. 04

    Attach at least two proofs REQUIRED

    Pick from 10 proof types — payment receipt, invoice, conversation screenshots, contract, deliverable links, and more. Files upload to private encrypted storage and never become public.

  5. 05

    Sign with your X handle

    The reviewer's own X handle is recorded as a private signature. They can choose to show it publicly on the review or stay anonymous — but we always know who wrote it.

  6. 06

    Enters moderation queue PENDING · INVISIBLE

    The review is held as pending and is completely invisible to the public. It doesn't count toward scores, it doesn't show on profiles, it doesn't appear on the leaderboard.

  7. 07

    Human admin approves GOES LIVE

    A real person on our team reviews every submission — checks the proofs, the X handle, and the story. Only then does the review become public and start contributing to the freelancer's score.
